Gladioli and ferns decorated St. Peter's church Monday morning, August 7, for the marriage of Miss Helen C. Peters, 402 Water street, daughter of William Peters of Rudolph, to Peter Tuszka, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tuszka, 260 North avenue. Rev. Julius Chylinski performed the ceremony at 9 o'clock. Lace insertion trimmed the sleeves of the bride's gown of white sheer marquisette. A high neckline and a long train distinguished the gown, and the long veil was edged with lace. The bridal bouquet was fashioned of Easter lilies, tied with a large maline bow. Misses Dorothy Tuszka and Lucille Rademacher, the bridesmaids, wore silk georgette gowns of aqua and peach respectively. Their picture hats matched their gowns, and they carried colonial bouquets of roses tied with maline bows of the same shade as their dresses. Joseph Tuszka and Oliver Peters were the groom's attendants. Breakfast, luncheon and dinner were served to 100 families at the home of the bride's father at Rudolph. Peach and aqua streamers were the decorations. A large number of guests were present from a distance, including: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tuszka of Forest Lake, Minnesota; Mrs. Minnie Heiting and Francis Peters and family of Hay Springs, Nebraska; John Peters and son, Wayne, of Edgemont, South Dakota; Peter Brill of St. Paul, Minnesota; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rademacher and family, James Coonen and Catherine Coonen of Dunlas; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pronge of Menasha; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Van Zieland, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Mayer and family and Miss Marion Nickels of Kaukauna; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peters of Sherwood; Miss Fidela Loehr of St. John's; Father Peters and Minie Van Di Berg of DePere; Mr. and Mrs. Forest Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Peters and family, Mrs. Thomas Gaffney and family, Miss Fern Peters and .Cyril Eimerman of Milwaukee, Mrs. John Biese of Wrightstown; Mr. and Mrs. John Weyers of Kennan and Mr. and Mrs. Fabian Krekowski of Wisconsin Rapids. After a wedding trip to New Orleans, Louisiana, the bride and groom will reside at 729 Union street. Mr. Tuszka is a foreman at the A. L. Shafton and company. His bride has been a secretary for Joerns Brothers Furniture company.
