- Kaukauna -- The golden wedding celebration of Mr and Mrs Michael Maher, route 1, Kaukauna, Sunday afternoon was the signal for the gathering of relatives at the home. John Maher, a son, came from Chicago, and Eleanor, Agnes, and Mrs. Vida Garber, daughters, from Milwaukee. James, another son, also came from Milwaukee. Isabel, a daughter, is at home. Out of town guests were Mrs. Terese Early and Mrs. P Debraux and son, Wilbert, Wausau; Mr Earl Hefferman, Green Bay; Mr Rober McManus, Milwaukee; Mr and Mrs Raddantz, Manitowoc; Mr and Mrs E P Grignon and Miss Rachel and Louise Grignon, Appleton; Mr and Mrs Michael Doherty, Mr and Mrs John Maher, Sr, Green Bay; Mr and Mrs Myron Steffen, Dale. From Appleton also came Mrs. Loraine Radtke and Miss Elsie Radtke, and Mr and Mrs A Lewenstein. A 1 o'clock dinner was held at the Hearthstone, Appleton, and a reception at the home on route 1 Sunday afternoon.
