  Murphy, Franklin G.Franklin G. Murphy, Neenah, age 69, died unexpectedly at Theda Clark Medic al Center on Monday, November 1, 2004. He was born July 24, 1935 in Seymou r, son of Frank and Beatrice (Schaumberg) Murphy. Frank attended Seymour H igh School and then graduated from Hortonville High School. He married Mar ilyn Lamers on May 11, 1957. She preceded him in death on May 17, 1987. Fr ank then married Judith Rateau on December 26, 1988. He worked for Kimberl y-Clark for 40 years before retiring in 1996. Frank was a devoted family m an and very involved with his children and grandchildren. He was a memb er of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.Survivors include his wife, Judy Murphy; six children: Mary (Don) Bessle r, Longmont, CO; Joanne Murphy, Neenah; Sharon (Kevin) Rohde, Brookfiel d; Sue Murphy, Madison; Jeanne (Steve) Coenen, Kimberly; Jeff (Lori) Murph y, Neenah; a step-daughter, Wendy (Randy) Walker, Eagle River; eighteen gr andchildren: Dylan and Sawyer Bessler, Hannah Herreid, Megan, Katie and Ma tthew Baldauf, Nathan, Lydia, Sam and Andrew Rohde, Jake, Allison and Kris tin Coenen, Jack, Michael and David Murphy, Gage and Logan Walker; his mot her, Beatrice Murphy, Appleton; his father and mother-in-law, John and Ger maine Lamers, Kimberly; three brothers: Marvin (Ruth Ann Heeter) Murphy, F remont, Jerry (Jan) Murphy, Appleton, David (Lynn) Murphy, Greenville; t wo sisters-in-law, Marge (Bob) Klessig, Manitowoc, Pat (Don) Freudenwal d, Woodruff; and numerous other relatives.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn; father, Frank Murph y, and an infant son, Michael Ryan on May 9, 1980.The Mass of Resurrection will be held on Friday, November 5, 2004 at 11 a. m. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church with Fr. Roy Geenen officiating. Interme nt will be in St. Margaret Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Thu rsday from 4-8 p.m. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home and again on Frid ay at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
