  Marian E. Van Oudenhoven, age 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 18, 2015. She was born August 25, 1924 in Neenah. Daughter of the late Ervin and Amanda (Christensen) Kruse. Marian graduated from Neenah High School. She married Robert Van Oudenhoven on June 16, 1945. They were blessed with 67 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on September 25, 2012. Marian was a member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, a homemaker who enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, cooking, crafting and dancing. She was an enthusiastic reader, checking out 5-6 books at a time from the library. Marian spent extensive time RV camping with her husband, enjoying many winters in Texas. As avid members of the Good Sam Club (RV Club), the couple would travel to places such as Chalk Hills Girl Scout Camp in Northern Wisconsin and help clean and repair the camp in preparation for the summer sessions. Marian most enjoyed spending time with her children & grandchildren, and especially loved a house full of family during the holidays. She always looked forward to get togethers and time spent with friends and neighbors. She is survived by her four children: Steven (Sally) Van Oudenhoven of Sturgeon Bay, Diane (John) Welbes of Winneconne, John Van Oudenhoven and significant other Sue Jurgenson of Larsen, Patricia (Mark) Kadlec of Shiocton; six grandchildren: Shane (Erika) Welbes, Jesse Welbes (Brian Benkoske), Josh Van Oudenhoven, Jada (Greg) Coyne, Torry (Jessica) Kadlec, Drew Kadlec and fiancé Shannon Peterson, nine great grandchildren: Colin, Phoenix, Brody Welbes; Riley, Casey Coyne; Devin, Declan, Cora Kadlec; Dahlia Kadlec; a sister: Dorothy Frier of Greenville; four sisters-in-law: Mary Jane Vought of Neenah, Blanche Van Oudenhoven of Neenah, Lori Van Oudenhoven of Neenah, Janet Van Oudenhoven of Oshkosh and brother-in-law Stephen Van Oudenhoven of Neenah. The Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., Neenah, with Fr. Richard Allen officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:30 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in her name. Westgor Funeral Home 205 W.
