  Ronald J. "Red" Granger, Little Chute, age 72, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 4, 2013 while on vacation in Florida. He was born February 11, 1941 in Kaukauna, son of the late Elmer and Josephine (Nushart) Granger. Ron was a talented artistic craftsman and outdoorsman. He enjoyed rummaging and had a unique ability to find the diamond in the rough. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Colleen, Little Chute, 1 son, Brian (Maureen) Granger, Kaukauna, 1 daughter, Kelly (Paul) Wenzel, Menasha; a very special brother, Bob Granger and his family, Darboy and also his brother Ray (Mary) Granger, Kaukauna, and a sister, Sue Desotell; 2 Godsons: Tyler Dolan and Matt Losser; numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. He is further survived by his wife's family, mother-in-law, Ev Dolan; 4 brothers-in-law: Jim (Donna), Dennis (Trudy) Tom (Patty) and Tim (Wanda) and a sister-in-law, Carla Dolan. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Jack Dolan, special brother-in-law, Mike Dolan, sisters-in-law: Carol Granger and Mary Skopp. A Memorial Service for Ron will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
