  Beverly J. Wiese, age 75, of Appleton, passed away Wednesday evening, April 4, 2007, at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born October 12, 1931, daughter of the late Emil and Hattie (Krause) Droes. On February 23, 1952, she was united in marriage to Vernon Wiese in Appleton. Bev was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Appleton, and did a lot of volunteer work throughout the county. She is survived by her husband, Vernon; her sons: Chuck (Karen) Wiese, Fairfax, VA; and Mark (Patricia) Wiese, Neenah; also her granddaughters: Melissa Wiese, Houston, TX; Jennifer Wiese, Granbury, TX; and Lisa Wiese, Neenah. She is further survived by her two sisters: Patricia Johnson, and Pauline (Leroy) Heimerman, all of Appleton; also one brother-in-law, Lyle Schwalbach, Appleton. She was preceded in death by her twin sister, Beatrice Schwalbach and two brothers-in-law. Friends may call at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 3009 N. Meade St., Appleton, on Saturday, April 6, 2007, from 1 p.m. until the funeral services at 2 p.m., with Pastor Todd Smith officiating. The burial will be at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Appleton. The Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family. She was a strong advocate of organ donation and encouraged others to consider that gift.
