  Little Girl Fatally Hurt By Motorist Elaine Dunsirn, 7-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Dunsirn, 1323 N. Mead-st. was fatally injured at noon today when she was struck by a car driven by William Buxton, 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Buxton, 829 N. Leminwah-st, at the corner of Lawe-st. and Wisconsin- ave. The child, who received a basal skull fracture was crossing the street on her way from a neighborhood store when the accident hap- pened. The driver slammed on his brakes but was unable to stop before striking the child. She was taken to St. Elizabeth hospital, by Henry W. Jahnke,627 E. Randall-St, where she died about 2:15.   NO INQUEST PLANNED IN DUNSIRN DEATH There will be no Inquest Into the death of Elaine Dunsirn, 7-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Dunsirn, 1323 N. Meade-st, who was fatally injured Friday noon when struck by a car driven by William Buxton, 829 N. Leminwah-st. It was announced this morning by District Attorney Stanley A. Staidl and Coroner H. E. Ellsworth. The accident occurred at the corner of N. Lawest and E. Wisconsin-ave.
