  Norma L. Martineau, Sherwood, age 89, died peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at American Grand. She was born on December 3, 1923, daughter of the late Godfrey and Anna (Pagel) Rusch. On October 25, 1946 Norma married Ralph Martineau at Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly. The couple lived in the area their entire married lives and enjoyed 56 years together prior to Ralph's death in 2001. The most important thing to Norma was family. She was very faithful and devoted to them her whole life. Norma is survived by her daughter, Linda (Art) Wittmann, Sherwood; 2 grandchildren: Kristin (Tom) Uitenbroek, great granddaughter Sophia, Darboy and Scott Wittmann, Sherwood; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, 2 brothers: Roland (1st wife Geneva, 2nd wife Margret) Rusch and Harold (Martha) Rusch; and a sister, Lorraine (Henry) Lemmons. She is further preceded in death by her husband's family: Helen (Lawrence) Hagens and Ceil (Henry) Coonen. Funeral services for Norma will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 124 W. 10th St., Kaukauna with Paster Levi Willms officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 (TONIGHT) at Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday directly at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park. The family would like to express sincere thanks to Dr. David Ebben, Terri and Lynn, American Grand and Asera Care Hospice for their care, compassion and concern.
