  Beverly A. Steinberg, age 75, of Appleton passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Monday, September 1, 2008. She was born on July 14, 1933; daughter of the late Roy and Selma (Wohlfeil) Yentz. Beverly graduated from Appleton High in 1952. Bev married her high school sweetheart on October 18th, 1952, and they enjoyed the past 60 years together. Before she and Ed began their family, Beverly worked for Zwickers Knitting Mill. She loved to play cards, enjoyed trips up north, and especially loved to be with her family. Beverly is survived by her husband, Edward; six children: Michael (Laura), Jim (Randi), Sharon (Steve) Grothe, Lynn (Steve) Wheeler, Lorie (Ronald) Young and Jill (Dale) Kohl; 16 grandchildren: Josh, Amanda, Lindsay, Ben, Mallory, Amber, Jesse, Jackie, Hayley, Meghan, Josh, Angie, Maddie, Emma, Grace and Audrey. She is further survived by one great-grandchild; Tori and a sister, Dorothy Zingsheim. Beverly was preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Derfus, Ellen Machak, and a brother, Roy. A funeral service for Beverly will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at Bethany Lutheran Church. Visitation for Beverly will be held from 4 until 7 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2008, at the funeral home, visitation will continue on Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. Beverly will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park. A memorial fund has been established in Beverly's name. Mom, You are a loving, caring, gentle soul. We will forever miss you.
