  Marie H. Fritsch, 94, Oneida, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at an area nursing home. She was born Aug. 17, 1909, in Reedsville, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Foryet) Novak. Marie married Arthur Fritsch on June 3, 1931, in Brillion. He preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 1994. She was a resident of De Pere for 50 years and a longtime member of St. Boniface Church. Marie was also a member of Christian Mothers and Our Lady of Lourdes. Survivors include her sons, Jerome (Carol), Pound; LeRoy (Mary Lou), Kaukauna; Bernard (Sandy), Appleton; Robert (Helen), Appleton; and Chuck (Connie), Appleton; daughters, Patricia (Joseph) Rickert, Appleton; Nancy (Robert) Van Boxtel, Kaukauna; and Carol (Clark) Appleton, Kaukauna; 42 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Emily Golie, Kimberly; and Gertrude Marohn, Oshkosh; and one sister-in-law, Jane Novak, Appleton. Marie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Donna Mae Ludwig; infant son, Lawrence; brothers, George Novak, Frank Novak, John Novak, and Joseph Novak; sisters, Marcella Coakley and Eleanor Ellis; sisters-in-law, Della Novak and Marion Novak; son-in-law, Robert Ludwig; brothers-in-law, Orlin Coakley, Sam Golie, and Hubert Marohn; grandchildren, Kevin Fritsch, Shaun Van Boxtel and Troy Van Boxtel; and one great-granddaughter, Desire Fritsch. Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, 1307 Lourdes Ave., De Pere, Friday, June 18, 2004, from 10 a.m. until time of service. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. at the church on Friday with Father Conrad Kratz O.Praem. as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
