  Heart Attack Fatal To City Deer Hunter A Sheboygan man collapsed and died of a heart attack Monday while deer hunting about six miles southwest of Westboro in Taylor County. Bernard Rindt, 79, of 1945 N. 9th St., was Wisconsin's fifth heart attack victim of the current nine day deer hunting season. Three hunters have died as the result of gunfire. Authorities said Mr. Rindt was stricken about 12:15 while sitting in his pickup truck with a brother, Richard, a resident of Taylor County. The Taylor County sheriff's of- fice said the two men had completed a drive for deer through a section of woods about five minutes earlier. Services are pending at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rindt, 79, of 1945 N. 9th St., who died of a heart attack Monday while deer hunting on his homestead farm in Taylor County, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Officiating will be the Revs. Karl Schulz and Hans Tornow of Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may call at Ballhorn's from 4 p.m. Thursday. A native of Lypso, Germany, Mr. Rindt was born Feb. 7, 1882, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs, Herman Rindt. As an infant, he was brought by his parents to Taylor County. He was educated there and later attended a school for telegraphers in Oshkosh. When a young man he was employed as a station agent and telegrapher by the North Western Railroad and Milwaukee Road, coming to Sheboygan in 1911. From then until retirement in 1952 he was employed as an office worker by the C, Reiss Coal Co., here. His marriage to Miss Anna Wunderlich of Appleton took place Aug. 27, 1912, at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Appleton. Mr. Rindt was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church here, serving two terms as treasurer and was a member of the board of elders. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Robert of Sheboygan, and Kenneth E., Madison; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard, Westboro, Wis., and Fred, Chelsea, Wis. A brother preceded him in death.
