  Joseph N. Kramer APPLETON - (/P) - Joseph N. Kramer, 63, former president of the village-of Kimberly, died Tuesday at an Appleton hospital following a brief illness. Mr. Kramer served one term as village president and as a member of the Outagamie county board He headed the water commission from 1925 to 1946 and was active for many years in fraternal and veterans affairs. Surviving are his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Alphonse Kneepkens of Kimberly. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. PAGE 4.
