  Mrs. Herman F. Heckert (Edna Saecken) 209 N Union St Age 89, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Thursday following a short illness. She was born July 1, 1881 in Appleton, where she had been a life resident and at the time of her death was an officer of the Heckert Shoe Company. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Pythian Sisters and Over The Teacups Club She is survived by her daughter, Mrs.William E (Maloa) Dutcher, Appleton. two grandchildren Jan and William E Dutcher Jr.,both of Appleton, Funeral services will be held at 1 30 p m Saturdav from the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Engelmann officiating. Interment will be in the Riverside Cemeterv Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 4 until 9 pm Friday. A memorial fund is being established.
