  See Image Aurora - Hugh C. Kleckner of Aurora, a former Freeport resident, died th is morning in Copley Hospital in Aurora after an extended illness. He w as associated with Eberly Drugstore in Aurora for many years. He serv ed on the Aurora Park Board for 22 years and was a director of the Auro ra Federal Savings and Loan Association for 35 years. Kleckner was al so a member of the Knights of Columbus, Elks, Eagles, Moose, 40 & 8, Phoen ix Club, Tiger Club, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a past command er and life member of the American Legion. He was born Oct. 25, 1895 in Fr eeport and married Ida Hilary Cox Sept 13, 1923 in Freeport. Surviving a re one son; Hugh M. of Joliet; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann (Betty) Mc Elroy of Decatur; 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A son a nd brother preceded him in death. Funeral services will be Thursday morni ng at Daleiden Mortuary in Aurora and 9:30 in Our Lady of Good Counsel Chu rch at Aurora. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Aurora.
