  Kelley, Frances Louise, Brew ster VillageAge 74, died Friday, November 15, 2002. Frances was born July 17, 19 28 to the late Henry and Rosella (Verhagen) Felauer in Appleton. She marri ed Harold Stammer, he preceded her in death in 1967. Frances then marri ed Fred Kelley, who preceded her in death in 1989. She owned and operat ed Stammer's Tavern and Kelley's Bar. Frances enjoyed cribbage, photograp hy and family events. She retired in 1992 and enjoyed her golden yea rs at her home at Pickerel Lake.She is survived by seven children: Lenard (Marge) Stammer, Betty (Roy) Whi teley, Judy (Lance) Johnson, Debbie (Joe) Bushman, Wendy (Jeff) Krull, Kar en (Mark) Vallafskey and Denise (Donnie) Lornson; 15 grandchildren and sev en great grandchildren. She will also be missed by a brother, Norman (Norm a) Felauer, two sisters: Donna (Lavern) Mullen and Monica (Lynel) Arnol d; and many nieces and nephews and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, her sister, Fl orence (Oscar) Loos and a great grandchild, Gage Stammer.The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2002 at t he WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street, with Father Gerald Fa lk officiating. Viewing and visitation will be Monday at the Funeral Ho me from 4 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being est ablished in her name.The family would like to thank the entire staff at Brewster Village for a ll the care and love they gave Frances.WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME 537 North Superior Street Appleton 739-1231
