  Moors (Melcher Heiman), Shirley Shirley (Melcher Heiman) Moors, age 95 of Kimberly, died peacefully on July 21, 2015, at St Elizabeth Hospital. Christian Mother, Faithful servant, GREAT grandmother, and generous loving friend. Mom married Ray Heiman on May 3, 1941. The family moved to Manawa where they ran a Ford garage. Shirley and Ray opened Heiman's furniture in Menasha in 1958. She raised her seven children there after losing Ray in 1958. She married Carroll Moors in 1966 and moved to Appleton where she continued serving others. She was the director of volunteers at St. Elizabeth Hospital, volunteer at St. Joseph Food Pantry, and knitted socks for St. Elizabeth Auxiliary until her death. She enjoyed her years at Hallmark Place where she loved playing cards and dominoes. Shirley loved time with the family, reading, fishing, rides in the car and going out to eat. She is survived by her son Thomas (Kate) and Richard (Rose) Heiman, her daughters Sue (Tom) Carew and Nancy Schaefer, three daughters-in-law, Janet, Debbie and Pauline Heiman, 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Catherine Melcher, her spouses Ray Heiman and Carroll Moors, her sons, Jim, Bob and Mark Heiman, her three siblings Junior (Bumper) Melcher, LaVerne (John) Salash, Patty (Frank) Kokke, and numerous other family members and friends. The funeral liturgy for Shirley will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY NAME CHURCH, 600 E Kimberly Avenue, with Father Bob Kollath officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Thank you to St. Elizabeth Hospital for their loving and compassionate care, also, for the friendships shown at Hallmark Place. We lost a great prayer warrior and we will miss you dearly, Mom. Our Mom: fruit of the Spirit in Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Generosity, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. Galatians 5:22
