  JOHN BERINGER John Beringer, 1132 W. Packard street, died at 3:10 Wednesday afternoon after a 1-week illness. He was born Aug. 6, 1860, at Garnico, Luxemburg, and came to the United States and Appleton 59 years ago. Mr. Bennger was a member of St. Joseph church, the Holy Name society, Catholic Order of Foresters and St. Joseph society. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Emil Pawer, Menasha; Mirs. Edward Worth, Kimberly; Mrs. Martin Vanderheiden, Mrs. Joseph Mauthe, Mrs. Alfred Klug, Appleton; two sons, Peter, Appleton; Carl, Neenah; two sisters, Mrs. Barbara Klein, Jackson, Mich.; Mrs. Mrs. Gertrude Bode, Paris, France, and 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 o'clock Saturday morning at St. Joseph church, the cortege forming at 8:30 at Wichmann Funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery chapel. The body may be viewed at the funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock tonight and at 7.30 and 8 o'clock Friday evening.
