  Dolores "Dee" Mae (Brinkman) Henning, age 83, went to the Lord's house on Thursday, October 30, 2014, passing of natural causes. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Bruce D. Henning; as well as her infant son Steven William Henning and her parents Dorothy and Walter Brinkman. Dolores was an amazing mother, to Diane (Craig) Cluberton, Dave (Kaye) Henning, Kari (Jeff) Seubert, and Steve (Ann) Henning. She was also a loving grandmother to eleven grandchildren and great-grandma to eight great-grandchildren. Also survived by her siblings, Dorothy (Robert) Lizon, and Bob (Joan) Brinkman; as well as her lifelong dear friend Gloria Schmitz and neighbors Bill and Judy Prink and Shari and Dave Moscinski , whom she loved dearly. Dee worked for Aid Association for Lutherans, than retired. In retirement, Dee was a dedicated grandmother attending every one of her grandchildren's sporting events. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. A memorial service for Dee will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 5:00pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 601 E. Glendale Avenue, Appleton, with the Rev. Dan Thews officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Saturday from 4:00pm until the time of the service. We would like to thank the staff at Prairie Homes: House of Joy for the comforting environment and the high touch care they provided our mother in her final days with us.
