A relative of unknown closeness (I'm working on this one). According to her former secretary (Virginia Early) the basis for divorcewas abandonment. According to Nativity Church records, he died fromwounds suffered in combat on 4/06/1945. He was a Chief Pharmacists Mate in the Navy. As of now, place and date of this marriage are unknown. My parents were originally married on 2/09/1935 and they received theRite of Holy Matrimony on 8/03/1949 at the Church of the Nativity, 6000Georgia Ave. NW, Washington DC. I am in the process of getting copiesof the church records and will contact the Office of the City Clerk in Manchester, NH when I have time.
