  DIES AFTER A YEAR'S ILLNESS Matthias Stark Passes Away This Morning Was Well Known Throughout County, Having Lived Here a Quarter of a Century Matthias Stark, 890 State Street died this morning at 8 o'clock after a year's illness of cancer of the stomach. The deceased was well known throughout Outagamie County having made his home in the town of Freedom for the past twenty-five years, up to to two years ago when he moved to Appleton. He leaves a wife and nine children: Michael, Theodore and Ernest of this city; Mrs. R.Gardner of Freedom; Kirk of Evanston, Ill., Peter and Mrs. Mary Teschem of Milwaukee and John of Marshfield. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9 0'clock from St. Joseph Church. Tuesday, May 8, 1906
