  Audrey Mae Bringman 91, Appleton, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, March 20, 2015. She was born on Oct. 24, 1923 in Appleton to the late Max & Catherine (Goehler) Loeper. Audrey married George Bringman on November 27, 1947 at St. Joseph Catholic Church and he preceded her in death in 1989. Audrey was primarily a housewife but also worked a variety of jobs. She worked at the VFW, Elks Club and Fox River Knitting Mill. She was also a member and past president of the VFW Auxiliary, as well as a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Audrey will be greatly missed by her daughter, Katie Cottrell, Appleton; her son, Tim (Sandy) Bringman, Dale; grandchildren: Amanda Cottrell, Stephanie (Brian) Gooding, Corey Bringman and Tyler Bringman; two great grandchildren: Emma Mae and Carson Gooding. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George; two sisters: Geraldine (Gene) Nowak and Joyce (Bob) Probst. A Mass of Resurrection for Audrey will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. James Leary O.F.M. Cap officiating. Entombment will take place in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Tuesday from 9 AM until the time of Mass directly at church.
