  Bertha "Rusch" Pinkel Mrs. Robert Pingel Mrs. Robert Pingel, 61, a lifelong resident of the town of Rantoul, died suddenly Sunday evening at her farm home, five miles southwest of Brillion, Her death followed a heart attack. Born February 10, 1890, in Rantoul, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Rusch, she had made her home on the present homestead since her marriage to Robert Pingel in 1909. Mrs. Pingel was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren church of Rantoul and was affiliated with the Ladies' Aid society of the church. Survivors are her husband; four sons, Roland of Rantoul, Earl of Woodville, Harold of Charlestown and Amis at home; four daughters, Mrs. Carl Gens ke of Rantoul, Mrs. Robert Peter, and Mrs. Harvey Krueger of Rockland and Mrs. Milton Behnke of Brillion: 19 grandchildren; a brother, William Rusch, and a sister, Mrs. Amelia Zahn, both of Rantoul. Two children preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ev- angelical United Brethren Church in the Town of Rantoul, with the Rev. Kenneth Knoespel, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Luecker Funeral home, Bril- lion, until 11 a. m.
