  Arthur John Dworak, 97, passed away on Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on March 27, 1909, in the town of Carlton, Kewaunee County, Wis., to the late John and Barbara (Hoffman) Dworak. They moved to Denmark; he attended Denmark High School and Milwaukee Barber School. Arthur married Anna Martin on April 27, 1929. Anna died on Feb. 11, 1999. They had celebrated 50 years of marriage in 1979. Arthur and Anna farmed in Preble and Glenmore for many years. He loved fixing machinery, hunting, and helping neighbors and friends. He is survived by his daughter Dorothy Vanden Langenberg; his son, Bernard (Kathy) Dworak; son-in-law Clayton Kafka; and sister-in-law, Frances Guelette, 27 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren. Arthur was preceded in death by his wife Anna; daughter, Marcella Kafka; son-in-law, Larry Vanden Langenberg; two brothers, Frank (Ella) Dworak; and Sylvester (Agnes) Dworak, four sisters, Agnes (Hans) Olsen, Annie (Joe) Ruttner, Regina (Henry) Weber, and Mayme (George) Leidle, brothers-in-law: Edward (Sylvia) Martin, Ray Martin, George (Millie) Martin, and Peter (Anna) Martin; sisters-in-law: Irene (Jack) Simonar, Agnes (Sylvester) Dworak, Helen (August) Zimmer, Margaret (Elmer) Guilette, and brothers-in-law Howard Kaster and Leonard Guelette. Visitation for Arthur will be on Monday, Oct. 16, 2006, at 9 a.m. at St. Philip Catholic Church, 312 Victoria Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday at 11 a.m. at church with Rev. Walter Stumpf officiating. Entombment will take place at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd at Nicolet Memorial Gardens. A memorial fund is being established.
