  Patricia E. Rawoens, age 73, of Kimberly, was reunited with her husband, Albert, on April 19, 2007, at her home. Patricia was born on July 2, 1933, in Pelican Lake to the late Agnes (Flannery) and Ora Skeans. She spent her early life in Pelican Lake and Kenosha and attended schools in Kenosha. On October 11, 1952, she was united in marriage to Albert J. Rawoens at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kenosha. Together they owned a truck farm for several years before moving to Monico. She later worked at a bakery in Rhinelander before she became ill with Muscular Dystrophy. Patricia spent the last eight years of her life in an adult family home in Kimberly with David Betters. Her daughter, Vicki, and granddaughters, Zoe and Liza, took care of her at her home there for several years. She is survived by her three children: Vicki (Joe) Drella of Black Creek, Pierre (Anne) Rawoens of Three Lakes, and Joe (Lori) Rawoens of Sheboygan; seven grandchildren: Derek, Liza (Guy Naumann, Jr.), Zoe, Wyatt, Dana, Pierson, and Marshal; two great-grandchildren, Mason and Clarice; special friends, Brent Betters and Kathy Collins; and devoted long-time care giver, Dave Betters. She is further survived by her three sisters and four brothers: Florence Barker and Ruby (Bob) Anderson, both of Kenosha; Della (Rodger) Peterson of Boca Raton, Florida; Floyd (Jan) Skeins of Tampa, Florida; Robert Skeans of Racine; Dan Skeans of Minneapolis; and David Skeans of Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Alice Fliess; a brother, Richard Skeans; and a step-father, Carl Jensen. Funeral services for Patricia will be held at Hildebrand-Russ Funeral Home (715-365-4343) on Monday, April 23, 2007, at 12 p.m. with Pastor Richard Littleton officiating. Burial will follow in Northland Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, April 22, 2007, from 1-4 p.m. All are invited to share memories of Patricia and extend condolences to the hildebrandfh.com
