  Linda Jo Williams, age 59, of 224 S. Parkway Dr., in Brillion died on Sunday, February 11, 2007, at her home, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on July 1, 1947, to Henry and Harriet (Andersen) Krueger. On September 7, 1966, she married Jim Williams in Brillion. Linda loved to baby-sit and was "mom" to many kids. She also loved flowers, she loved to paint, do crafts, cook, take care of her family, and go camping with special friends. She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Brillion, the Red Hats, the Christian Mothers, Christophers, and the Rural Homemakers. Survivors include her husband, Jim; her mother, Harriet; her children: Scott (Denise) Williams, Andrew (Tammy) Williams, and Kristin Williams, all of Brillion: Murissa (Peter) Katz of Wauwatosa; eight grandchildren: Tasha Genske, Hailey Blauert, and Ty Williams, Reese, Trae, Brynn, and Aubrie Williams, Will Katz, and baby Katz who will be joining the family in May; a sister, Karen (Willis) Scharf of Brillion; and a brother, Scott (Peggy) Krueger of Brillion; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Henry and a grandson Reese. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 14th, at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Matt Simonar will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Brillion. Friends may call at the CHURCH on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and then again on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Theda Care at Home Hospice, to Dr. Swanson and his entire staff for the wonderful care Mom received. Also to the wonderful friends and community who supported Mom with their visits and 400 plus pink roses that surrounded Mom and helped her through her final days.
