  Paul H. Timm, age 92, of Marion, formerly of Oshkosh, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, at home. He was born June 22, 1915, in Waupaca County, WI., to the late Arthur and Margaret (Pagel) Timm. On Nov. 10, 1939, Paul married Ruth Loehrke in the Town of Lind, WI. Paul began his career as a cheese maker in Caledonia for two years, in Zittau for five years, and in 1946 he and Ruth purchased the Lind Star Cheese Factory in Weyauwega and owned and operated it for 2 years. In 1948, Paul and Ruth moved to the Town of Oshkosh where they owned and operated the Skeleton Bridge Cheese Factory for 20 years. They retired from cheese making but continued to operate a cheese store until their retirement in 1988. Ruth preceded Paul in death on October 28, 2002. He had been attending St. Martin Lutheran Church in Clintonville. Paul is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Leslie Nachtrab, of Marion; one daughter-in-law, Jeannette Timm, of Oshkosh; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Beatrice Timm, of Stevens Point; and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents and wife, Paul was also preceded in death by one son, Frederick Timm; two brothers, Arden and Ray Timm; and one sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Slim Stevens. A Funeral Service for Paul will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008, at 12 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, with Pastor Christian Burg officiating. Burial will be in the Lind Center Cemetery in the Town of Lind, Waupaca County. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at Noon.
