  Margaret Baken, 76, Neenah, died Friday, December 8, 2006, at her home. Margaret was born October 23, 1930, in Wausau, daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Stibr) Klimek. She married Gerald L. Baken September 5, 1953. They moved to the Neenah area in 1969. Margaret was a homemaker. She volunteered her time for the American Red Cross Blood Bank, St. Vincent DePaul and Vallhaven Care Center. She was an active member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Neenah. Mrs. Baken is survived by her son, Jeff (Shirley) Baken, Rogers, MN; daughters: Kathy (Eric) Cheslock, Hortonville; Janice (Tom) Morse, Neenah and Mary (Pat) Rochon, Black Creek; grandchildren: Jeremy (Danya), Matthew, Jacob, Jordan, Benjamin and Emily; great grandchildren: Isaiah and Tessa; a sister, Dorothy (Klimek) Hughes; brother-in-law, Robert Marcell and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; a daughter, Ann; sisters: Evelyn, Alice, and Marian; brothers: Roman, Carl, Henry, Vince and George. Memorial services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2006, at St. Margaret Mary Church with Rev. Michael L. Ingold officiating. Interment will be in Restlawn Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. Saturday until the time of the mass. No potato salad will be served. A memorial has been established in Margaret's name by the family. The family would like to thank Dr. Timothy Goggins and the staff at Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology, the Affinity Hospice program and the Home Instead caregivers.
