  Nannette M. Stoeger, 49, Appleton, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2008, at Appleton Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born on May 19, 1959, to Robert and Monica Plummer in Elkhorn, WI. She graduated from New London High School in 1977 and began her career as an x-ray tech in Port Washington, WI. She was united in marriage to Thomas F. Stoeger on October 24, 1987, and served as a mammographer at both Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Regional Medical Center. Nan was most recently employed by Convergys, where she worked as a Customer Service Call Agent. Her interests included: traveling, photography, crafting and spending time with her family and friends. Nan is survived by her loving husband, Thomas and their children: Dylan, 16, and Monica, 12. She is also survived by her father, Robert Plummer of Crandon and two wonderful sisters: Diane (Ed) Hildebrand and their children and goddaughter, Andrea, Megan and Krista and Chris (Pat) Ebben and their children: Ryan and Nick. Nan was preceded in death by her mother, Monica Plummer, on August 19, 1988, and an elder sister, Cathy, who passed away shortly after her birth. Nan's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Appleton's St. Thomas More Parish on Wednesday, September 17, at 11 a.m. with Fr. Gerald Falk officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service. Nan's family would like to extend a special thank you to the Appleton Police Dept. and Gold Cross Ambulance for their outstanding rescue efforts to Dr. Michael Maguire and I.C.U nurses Leslie and Donna along with the staff at Appleton Medical Center for providing extraordinary care to Nan and tremendous comfort to her family and to everyone else who offered their heartfelt prayers and condolences.
