  William (Bill) Weber passed away at the age of 66 on November 13, 2011 at home surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle with COPD and lung cancer. He lived in Arlington, WI. Bill was born in Appleton, WI on September 29, 1945 to Dorothy (Kotkosky) Weber and Keith Weber. He served in the Army from 1965 to 1968 in the 82nd Airborne. He met Peggy Merow while working at Kimberly Clark in Neenah in November of 1969 and married her on May 2nd of 1970. William was a computer consultant/programmer and ran his own company, Weber Consulting, until 2001 when he retired. Bill loved to play and teach tennis, and was hopeful that one of his grandchildren would be the next tennis star. He had a great love for sail boats and sailing. He and Peggy always enjoyed new adventures and loved to travel. Bill is survived by his wife, Peggy (Merow) Weber, daughter Amy (Charles) Steward, and son William ( Janice) Weber and four grandchildren(Joshua, Colin, Christopher and Maya), brother Richard Weber, sister Karen(John) Auchter and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister in law (June Weber), mother in law (Alice Merow), sister in law (Linda Zillmer), niece (Tammy Hansen), and nephew (Andrew Vieth). A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the Ryan Funeral Home, Windsor/DeForest Chapel, 6924 Lake Road.
