  William (Bill) R. Steinberg, age 73, of Menasha, went home to his Lord on Friday, August 3, 2012. He was born March 8, 1939 in Appleton to the late John & Viola (Diedrich) Steinberg. On November 4, 1989 he married Doris Harsevoort, his devoted partner for the past 22 years. Bill was Vice-President of Northwest Supply Company from 1962-1981. In 1981 he established Circle Development Corporation and served as President of the company until he sold it in the early 2000's. In addition, he and his wife founded the non-profit corporation— Sonshine Ministries in 1990. Through this ministry, Bill & Doris provided affordable furnished housing for furloughing missionaries and a low-cost Door County condo for rest and spiritual refreshment for pastors & their families. Sonshine Ministries also offered Wisconsin pastors the opportunity for couples's get-away weekends, Prayer Summits (a four-day worship time) and pastor's wives dinners. Bill continued serving as President of Sonshine Ministries until his death. Bill is survived by his wife, Doris; son, Trevor (Rachael) Steinberg and two granddaughters, Acacia & Elizabeth. He is further survived by his two brothers, Wayne (Joan), Edward Steinberg; sister, Patricia Hamilton and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Richard; and his sister, Janis Foate. Friends and relatives may visit from 4-7 pm Thursday, August 9th at Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel, 606 N. Oneida, Appleton or from 9:30-11:00 am Friday, August 10th at Calvary Bible Church, 1450 Oakridge Road, Neenah. The service will begin at 11:00 am at the church. Bill will be buried later that afternoon at the Clinton, Wisconsin Cemetery located on Hwy. 140 just north of Clinton. Burial will be at 4:30 pm.
