  Adelyn Frahm, infant daughter of Shannon Schultz and Cody Frahm, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2012, at Meriter Hospital in Madison, with her loving parents at her side. She was born December 12, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton and is survived by her parents; a brother: Candon Frahm; her maternal grandparents: Kenneth and Sheila Schultz; her paternal grandparents: Michael and Connie Frahm; great-grandparents: Barbara and Gary Schultz, Sandra Felzer, Vernon and Barbara Frahm, Roger and Barbara Retzlaff; her great-great-grandfather: Leon Fischer; and her aunts and uncles: Nicole (Jim) Stevens and their sons Sawyer and Hudson; Deon Schultz; Crystal (Mark) Weinrich and their daughter Taylor; Corey (Lisa) Frahm and Carson Frahm. She is further survived by many relatives and friends. Adelyn was preceded in death by her great-grandfather: David Felzer and two great-uncles: Rick and Todd Retzlaff. The funeral liturgy for Adelyn will take place at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at HOLY SPIRIT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 620 E. Kimberly Avenue in Kimberly, with Fr. David Beaudry officiating. Visitation will take place at the church on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and all of the staff at St. Elizabeth and Meriter Hospitals for all of the care and support that was given to Adelyn. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Although your time here with us was much too short, you brought so much joy and love too many. You will always be our beautiful little girl.
