  Albert Gorges Rt. 1, New London Age 88, passed away in New London Saturday after a brief illness. He was born September 17, 1881 in the Township of Caldondonia. He had lived and farmed in the area all of his life. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New London. Survivors include one son, Marshall, New London: two daughters, Mrs. Wallace (Jane) Wendt, New London, Miss Helen Gorges, Wheaton, Illinois; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Trinity Lutheran Church, New London, Rev. Richard Schroeder officiating. Burial in the St. John cemetery, Calon donia. Friends may call at the Cline and Hanson Funeral Home New London after 2 p.m Sunday until 10:30 a.m. Monday and then at the church until the hour of service.
