  From "The Freunds, 1660-1985, Germany to America" by Judy Schmitz: Funeral services will be held Thursday for Mrs. Margaret Freund, 88, Chilton, R. 2, widow of Joseph Freund, who died at 9:JO a.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bruno Schneider at Jericho. She was ill for more than two years. A native of Johnsburg, Mrs. Freund was born July 7, 1866 at Johnsburg, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John Buechel, and attended school at Jericho. She was married Jan. 21, 1895, at Holy Trinity Church. Mr. Freund died April 25, 1950. Mrs. Freund was a member of the Christian Mothers Society. Surviving are three sons; William, of Fond du Lac; Edward, Brothertown, and Martin, Calumetville. Two daughters, Mrs. Bruno Schneider, and Mrs. Walter Mueller, Charlesburg; 25 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and a brother, William Buechel of Marytown.
