  Kohl, Marie G.Marie G. Kohl (Van Den Boogart), age 83, of Appleton, passed away on Ju ly 20, 2004, at Franciscan Care Center, Appleton. She was born on August 1 3, 1920, to the late Francis and Minnie Van Den Boogart in Little Chute a nd has been an Appleton resident her whole life. Marie married Claren ce A. Kohl on September 1, 1938, and they were charter members of St. Thom as More Catholic Church. Marie also enjoyed camping, fishing and playing c ards.She is survived by her nine children: Irene and Gene Lamers, Combined Lock s; Gerald and Linda Kohl, Appleton; Ethel and Roger Walbrun, Appleton; All an Kohl, Wauwatosa; William and Rosie Kohl, Appleton; Robert and Sue Koh l, Appleton; Patti and Patrick Duffy, Milwaukee; Mark Kohl, Appleton; Ku rt Kohl, Appleton; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers: Lar ry and Joe Van Den Boogart; and a close friend Colleen Brazee.Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence A. Kohl; daughter, Ja nice Lee Kohl and brothers: John and Jerome Van Den Boogart.The Funeral Liturgy for Marie will be held on Friday, July 23, 20 04 at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (1810 N. McDonald St.) wi th Father Gerald Falk officiating. Friends may call at the church from 9: 30 AM until the time of the Mass. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cat holic Cemetery, Appleton.
