  Sam left this world peacefully on 3/10/13 after a three year battle with cancer, He was born 11/16/44. He is a proud and respected member of the DC Eagles MC. He is survived by his wife Grace Zwiers, sister and brother Carol Hooyman, and Jim (Hideko) Zwiers, and nephews Don (sharon) Hooyman, Tim (Tracy) Hooyman, John (Kelli) Hooyman, Wayne (Sandy) Hooyman, Jeff (Kris) Hooyman, Jamie Ziwers, Jack (Val) Zwiers, Miki Zwiers, Nieces Phoenix & Maylahni Zwiers. He is also survived by his many brothers & sisters of the DC Eagles. He was preceded in death by his parents Morris & Gertrude Zwiers. Sam was a member of the US Navy, and served two tours of duty on the USS Forestal aircraft carrier. On this earth Sam rode with the Eagles, he now rides on Angle wings. A memorial service will be held this saturday 3/16/13 12:00 noon at the DC Eagle clubhouse, N2621 Cty. Rd. JJ (Winneconnie Ave) Neenah. Friends and family are encouraged to attend.
