  Schwalbach, Viola I. (nee Wiedenhaupt) AppletonAge 93, died Wednesday, October 31, 2001 at Franciscan Health Care Cente r. She was born on May 18, 1908; the daughter of Charles, Sr. and Mary (Za rnot) Wiedenhaupt. She was confirmed and baptized at Trinity Lutheran Chur ch in Kaukauna. On December 20, 1927 she married Anthony Schwalbach in Com bined Locks. One of her passions in life was fishing.Viola is survived by a sister, Alma Lechner, Oshkosh; a brother-in-law, Or ville Luebke, Appleton; and also nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.The funeral service will be held on Saturday (TODAY), November 3, 20 01 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Home, with Pastor Leonard Ziemer officia ting. A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the servi ce. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery.The family would like to give a special thanks to Greg Thiel of Francisc an Care for always keeping a smile on Viola's face and laughter in her hea rt.
