Actually, I am int erested in any info you may have on Edward Unmuth..he was the 2nd husba nd of my gggrandmother Olive Edwards Andrus. In your info you stated th at they were married in St. Paul MN. Would you happen to remember where y ou got that info? I am despertly trying to find proof of their marriag e. I have been to Ramsey Co MN ( where St. Paul is) & I did not find any r ecord at the co. level. I also do not know exactly what year they were mar ried. Olive is a LONG story...the black sheep so to speak. I would n ot be surprised if they weren't really married. They did have 3 childre n. I do have some info on them if you are interested. She also remarried a gain after Ed died. Anyway...I would appreciate it if you would let me kn ow if you have any info on them & if you want any of the info I have on th em for your records. NY d 1947 Eau Claire WI. marr..March 1872 Broome Co NY divorced 27 March 1920 Sanford & Olive had 4 children 2nd husb...Edward Unmuth of Appleton WI married..? b..1861 d 2 Sept 1912 Ish. MI 3rd husb...Eugene Rock of Ish. MI married..4 Sept 1913 b..1880 d 26 Feb 1963 Ish. MI Eugene & Olive did not have any children Olive died 27 Sept. 1930 in Ishpeming MI. Has been a while since I looked into the Edward Unmuth & Olive Edwards Andrus Unmuth Rock family info. I was going thru the Roots web family genealogy & came across your Fox Cities Family Genealogy page. Olive ( Edward Unmuth's wife ) was my great great grandmother. If you are interested in any of her background I do have quite a bit... all except who her birth father was. Also... her first husband was Sanford Andrus, Second was Edward Unmuth & third was Eugene Rock. By the way... she & Sanford weren't divorced until after she married Eugene Rock. I have not been able to find ANY record of Olive & Edward Unmuth's marriage, in MI, WI or MN. Knowing Olive's background, it would not surprise me if they really weren't married. In 1891 Olive is in the Superior WI directory listed as a widow of Sanford, which she wasn't as he was still alive & they were not divorced yet. Ed was born in August 1861 in Dale WI. They had 3 children that I know of. Son Louis b. Jan 1892 in MI d. bef 1918. Daughter Stella b. Nov 1893 in WI (married Bert Walker lived in Detroit). Daughter Bertha b. June 1899 in MI (married Carl Erickson lived in Ishpeming MI). Some of this info I found & some was sent to me. As far as I know it is correct. Hope this helps you some.
