  MADISON/SPRING GREEN - John Korbach, age 98, of Madison, formerly of Spring Green died on Sunday, August 30, 1981 in a Madison Hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Korbach was born in Hilegenroth, Germany on December 27, 1882. He came to this country in 1890, he married Mary Meyer in 1910 and lived most of his life in Iowa and Sauk Counties. He moved to Madison in 1967. Survivors include a son, Joseph of Heber Springs, Arkansas; two daughters, Anna Marie and Mrs. Louis (Gertrude) Paulson both of Madison; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; a son, Leo; a grandson, William; and three brothers. Funeral services be held ST. JOHNS CATHOLIC CHURCH, Spring Green at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2 with the Fathers Lawrence Korback, Kenneth Klubertanz, and Aloysius Fellenz officiating. Burial is in the Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1 at the RICHARDSON FUNERAL HOME, 429 N. Cincinnati St., Spring Green, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
