  Randall, Loretta M. (nee Garvey), Appleton, age 77, died Wednesday, August 29, 2007, at Franciscan Care Center. Loretta was born March 12, 1930, to the late James P. and Minnie (Philipson) Garvey. She graduated with the class of 1948 at Appleton High School. In May of 1962, Loretta was united in marriage with David Randall. He preceded her in death in 1997. She worked for many years with the Department of Taxation both in Appleton and Milwaukee. She was an avid Milwaukee Braves and Brewers fan. She was a member at St. Mary Catholic Church, Appleton. She is survived by her brother, Dan (Patty) Garvey, Wrightstown; her sister-in-law Doris Garvey, Neenah; further survived by many nieces and nephews and her special cousins Joan Murphy and Lorayne Evers. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a brother Emmett "Red" Garvey. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 1, at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Lederer Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Michael O'Rourke officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery.
