  See Image Mr. Erwin P. Wittlin Route 2, Black Creek Age 83, died unexpectedly Friday morning. He was born February 19, 1893 in the Town of Center and resided there his entire lifetime. He married Elizabeth Dorn May 21, 1918. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, the Men's Club of the Church, and a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. Mr. Wittlin is survived by his wife, four daughters Mrs. Cyril (Evelyn) Baumann, Mrs. Gene (Marce) Paltzer, Mrs. Ernest (Betty) Paltzer, and Mrs. Harley (Marilyn) Nielsen, all of Appleton, two sons, Clarence, Hortonville, and Gerald, Black Creek, a Brother, Bert, Black Creek, 32 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren. Three sisters, two brothers, and two grandchildren preceded him in death. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Stephensville, with Father Floren Resheske officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Borchardt and Moder Funeral Home, Hortonville, after 2 p.m. Sunday until the time of service Monday.
