  Theodore Pennings, 68, 840 Ka mps avenue, died at 3:10 Friday afternoon following a lingering illnes s. He was born in the town of Freedom Sept. 5. 1868, and lived on a farm t here until eight years ago when he came to Appleton He was a member of S t. Therese church. Survivors are the widow; five daughters; Mrs. Don McCau ley. Appleton; Mrs. Anthony Derus and Mrs. Leo Benotch, Kaukauna; Mrs. Mar vin Greene, Green Bay, Mrs. Herman Penterman, Medina; four sons, Harry, S an Pedro, Calif.: John, Green Bay: Arthur, Menasha, Leo, Appleton: one sis ter, Mrs. William Delrow, Appleton and twenty -three grandchildren. The fu neral will be held at 8 o'clock Tuesday morning, at the residence with ser vices at 9 o'clock at St. Nicholas, Freedom. Burial will be in the pari sh cemetery.
