Obituary:
Dale R. Ott, "Spuds", Sherwood, age 49, died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 23, 2012. He was born April 10, 1963 in Appleton to the late Roger and Amanda (Krueger) Ott. Dale had been a groundskeeper at High Cliff Golf Course in Sherwood for the past 21 years. He was a member of the Single Cylinder Tractor Club and had a very extensive collection of John Deere model tractors. Dale loved to socialize and was loved by many.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters: Judy (Ralph) Propson, Hilbert, Nancy (Ron) Davidson, Forest Junction, Jerry (Kathy) Ott, Hilbert, Norm (Judy) Ott, Kaukauna, and Mark (Vicki) Ott, Town of Harrison; a sister-in-law, Sue Ott, Menasha; 2 brothers-in-law: Jim Fredrich, Hilbert and Bill Dietzen, Appleton. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Larry and Bryan; two sisters: Bonnie Dietzen and Donna Fredrich; and a niece, Noelle Propson.
Funeral Services for Dale will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2012 at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 124 W. 10th St., Kaukauna with Rev. Levi Willms officiating. Friends may call directly at church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
