    Rita M. Eichmeier, Kaukauna, age 79, died Tuesday, May 22, 2007. She was born October 4, 1927, to the late Math and Catherine (Denzel) Breit in Chilton, WI. Rita married Elmer 'Bud' Eichmeier on May 13, 1952. She was a longtime member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Hollandtown. Rita worked as a beautician for many years, owning and operating her own salon in Chilton and later in Hollandtown. She enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing, card playing, travel and arts & crafts. Family was very important to Rita, she cherished the time she shared with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
    She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Cliff) Pahl; three grandchildren: Tiffany (Dan) Werner; Leah (Craig) VanHandel and their three children, Jacob, Lucas and Katelyn; and Deanna Pahl (Jared Baughman); two sisters: Dellie "Adela" (Stanley) Holoubek and Dolores (Laddie) Holoubek. She is further survived by Bud's family, Louella Snortum, Loretta Mason and Appie Eichmeier.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bud and three brothers-in-law: Art Snortum, Marion Mason and Norb Eichmeier.
    Rita's Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2007, at ST. FRANCIS CATHOLIC CHURCH in Hollandtown, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Friends will be received at Church on Friday, from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established. The Boettcher Family Funeral Home, Kaukauna, is assisting the family. 920-766-2099.
    The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at The Renaissance Assisted Living for the care and compassion they gave mom.

    Rita married Eichmeier, Elmer "Bud" 13 May 1952, Holland, Brown, Wisconsin, USA. Elmer (son of Eichmeier, Herman and Joas, Margaret Mary) was born 2 Oct 1925; died 5 Jul 1982, Greenleaf, Brown, Wisconsin, USA; was buried Aft 5 Jul 1982, St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Hollandtown, Wisconsin, USA.
