    Obituary:
    Thomas J. Meyerhofer, age 44, of Kaukauna, died Tuesday evening, April 24, 2007, following a courageous battle with cancer, with his loving family at his side. He was born March 11, 1963, to Paul W. and Barbara L. (Frank) Meyerhofer, in Kaukauna, where he was a resident all of his life. Tommy enjoyed bicycling, camping, the outdoors and classic cars. He had a great sense of humor and was hard working. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna.
    Tommy is survived by his father, Paul W. (Mary) Meyerhofer, Kaukauna; two brothers: Jim Meyerhofer, Kaukauna; Terry (Lori) Meyerhofer, Kaukauna; three sisters: Lynn (Kevin) Van Grinsven, Little Chute; Stacy (Bruce) Vandenberg, Little Chute; Vicky Meyerhofer and her special friend, Gordy, Kaukauna; step-brothers: Douglas Ashauer, Sherwood; Tim (Lori) Ashauer, Kaukauna; Todd (Julie) Ashauer, Kaukauna; step-sisters: Debra (Scott) Sommerhalder, Brillion; Ronda (David) Johnson, Kaukauna; his godfather, Marty Engstrom, Clintonville; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara L. Meyerhofer, his grandparents, Jim and Georgia Rochon and Evermond and Dorphia Frank, his godmother, Marie Engstrom, aunts and uncles.
    The funeral liturgy for Thomas will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 119 West Seventh Street, Kaukauna, with Father Jerry Pastors officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Kaukauna. Friends may call at the church from 2 p.m. Friday, until the time of the mass. A memorial fund is being established.
    The family would like to thank Dr. Anthony Phillips and his staff, of Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology, in the Martha Siekman Center, and enormous thanks to ThedaCare at Home Hospice and his many friends at the Golden Venture.
