    Phley M. Huss, age 88, New London, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. She was born on April 7, 1929 in Kimberly, daughter of the late Fred and Alvina (Wulgaert) Van Landghen. On August 4, 1951, Phley was united in marriage to Lloyd N. Huss in Little Chute. Together they had four children: David Huss, Appleton; Jean Jones, New London; Linda (Dan) Depner, Shiocton; Celia (Joe) Diehl, De Pere. Lloyd preceded Phley in death on March 24, 2006. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Dan (Casey) Jones, Christopher and Laine Diehl, Anna and Christie Depner; 4 great-grandchildren: Zackary, Connor and Mackenna Jones and William Diehl. Phley is also survived by step grandchildren and 1 great-step granddaughter. 5 brothers: Doug, Jack (Ruth), Bruce, Bob and Dan and a sister in-law, Marian Ploederl.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Paul, sister in laws, Isabelle, Roxanne, Marge, Nancy and Joy, brother in-laws, Whimpy, Orville, Vincent and Harry and many other relatives.
    Phley loved country music and was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending time with her family
    Phley was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church, Shiocton for many years. Phley's wish was to be cremated and will be entombed with Lloyd at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.
    Funeral services for Phley will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Borchardt Moder Funeral Home, Shiocton with Deacon Ken Bilgrien officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.

    Paul Fred Van Landghen, 84, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at home. Paul was born on November18, 1931 to Fred and Alvina Van Landghen in Appleton. Paul married Yvonne Debruin on May 22, 1934 and they spent 61 years together.
    Paul is survived by his wife Yvonne, three sons; Richard (Amy) Van Landghen, John Van Landghen, and Ken Van Landghen, 6 grandchildren; Adam and Mike Van Landghen, Ryan Derks, Boyd and Lee Van Landghen, and Ryan (Stephanie) Homman, one great grandchild, Ian Homman, his siblings; Dan Van Landghen, Doug Van Landghen, Bruce (Marge) Van Landghen, Phley Huss, Jack (Ruth) Van Landghen, Robert Van Landghen, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
    Paul was preceded in death by his parents, sisters-in-law; Joy, Nancy, and Roxanne Van Landghen, Carol (Wes) Braun, brothers-in-law, Jerome Debruin and Lloyd Huss.
    The memorial service for Paul will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at 4:00 PM at the JANSEN FARGO FUNERAL HOME, 204 E. Kimberly Ave. A time of visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.

    The family would like to thank Theda Care at Home Hospice and all of the Doctors and nurses that have helped Paul and his family during the last two years

    Appleton - Robert J. "Pudge" VanLandghen, 74 years, of Appleton, Wisconsin passed away May 4, 2018 surrounded by his family. Pudge was born August 24, 1943 to Fred and Alvina Vanlandghen (Wulgaert).
    He will be remembered as a funny, generous man with a huge heart. He was always smiling! He loved to ride around on his Harley and cruise in his Corvette. He loved being outside and it showed in the 31 years he worked at Reid Municipal Golf Course. After retirement, he still enjoyed helping family and friends with yardwork. He also enjoyed working on small engines.
    Pudge is survived by two sons Steve (Lori) VanLandghen and Jeffery (Rhonda Schemmel) VanLandghen, four grandchildren Holly (Jesse) Terrones, Zachary, Alyssa and Amber VanLandghen and great-grandsons Rylan and Kylar Terrones, brothers Jack, Doug, and Bruce as well as brother and best friend Dan.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Nancy VanLandghen (Peters), son Corey, sister Flay Huss and brother Paul.
    A Memorial Gathering for Pudge will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 4 - 7:00 pm at Jansen-Fargo Funeral Home, 400 Kimberly Ave., Kimberly. Private inurnment.
    Special thank you to the doctors and staff of St. Elizabeth Hospital for their loving care of Pudge.

    Born on 2-22-57 and passed away peacefully while jamming out to his favorite music on 5-18-16. His son Ryan Derks and girlfriend Stephanie Feavel were taking care of him at home while he battled stage 4 prostate cancer. Would like to thank friends Derrick and May for their help. John worked at Kimberly Mill and Eggers Industries. He enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, riding his Harley and hanging out with his 7 german shepherds.
    Mother Yvonne Van Landghen, father Paul Van Landghen (deceased), brothers Richard and Kenneth, sister-in-law Amy, many nephews, aunts and uncles.
    Celebration of John's life will be held at Ryan and Stephanie's farm on Sat, June 4th at 2:00 PM.
    He will be missed.

    Corey Lee Van Landghen, age 44, Appleton, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, July 8, 2010. He was born May 22, 1966, in Appleton to Robert and Nancy (Peters) Van Landghen. Corey was well liked and was the "handy man" for many of his neighbors.
    He will be greatly missed by his parents; two brothers: Steve (Lori) and Jeff; nieces, a nephew and other relatives and friends.
    Friends may visit the family from 3— 4 p.m., Monday, July 12, 2010, at the funeral home followed by a time of sharing. Memorials may be directed to the family in Corey's name.
