    Obituary:
    Bev Kneepkens, 84, Kimberly, passed away on Friday evening, January 13, 2012, at Cherry Meadows Hospice. Bev was born in Ladysmith, Wis., on June 4, 1927, daughter of the late Thomas and Louise (Koehler) McGoey.
    Bev was a graduate of Kaukauna High School as well as beauty school. She worked as a beautician in her younger days. On October 7, 1950, Bev married Sylvester "Sonny" Kneepkens in Kaukauna and he preceded her in death in April of 2000.
    She loved to sew and made many creations for her daughters, herself, and others. She also loved to cook and bake, and never missed a Packer game. Most of all, she loved spending time with not only her children, but loved to be around her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    Bev is survived by two daughters, Linda (Smyte) Smithlin, Omro; and Lisa (Emmett "Jack") Kenney, Kaukauna; daughter-in-law, Linda Kneepkens, Oshkosh; grandchildren, Andi, Tony, Kensley, Jodi (Ken), Mike (Kristy), and Jason (Sarah); great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Zachary, Nicholas, Hailey, and Jordan; a brother, Gary McGoey, Appleton; two sisters, Mary Lou (Jiggs) Kamps, Kimberly; and Norma McGrath, Marshfield. She is also survived by Sonny's family, John (June) Kneepkens, Al (Dorothy) Kneepkens, Don Kneepkens, Josephine Courchane, Birdie (Phil) Bouressa, and Marge Kneepkens; many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 2000; her son, Tom, in 2005; a sister, Jane McGoey; a brother, Mike McGoey, in 2011; a sister, Joan Heiss; brothers-in-law, Ken McGrath, Tom Heiss, August Kneepkens, and Don Courchane; sisters-in-law, Jean Kneepkens, Joanne (Vince) Burgess, and Marie (Bud) Harley; nephews, Kimpton and Kevin; and a niece, Mary.
    A memorial Mass for Bev will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna, with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Wednesday from 3 p.m. until the time of the service.
    The family would like to extend their thanks to the wonderful people who cared for Bev during her illness. They include Dawn and Mary from Theda Care At Home and all of the CNAs who visited Bev while she was at home. Your kindness will never be forgotten by our grateful family.

    Mary Lou Kamps, age 86, passed peacefully and joined her husband Jiggs on Tuesday morning, August 25, 2015. Mary was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, on March 6, 1929, daughter of the late Thomas and Louise (Koehler) McGoey. James "Jiggs" Kamps became her husband on October 7, 1951, and the couple shared many years of happiness together until his death in 2014. Mary enjoyed the Packers, Bucks, Brewers, NASCAR, playing bingo and the "occasional" trip to the casino. Most of all, she loved being a mom and grandma.
    Mary is survived by two daughters: Kara (Bernie) Hietpas of Kaukauna and Katie (Travis) Kroner of Combined Locks; seven grandchildren: Chris, Ali, and Ben Hietpas; Audrey Kamps and her fiancé Tony Shannon; Tyler Kamps; and Kip and Kamryn Kroner; two: great-grandchildren: Brayden and Charlotte; a brother: Gary McGoey of Appleton; a sister: Norma McGrath of Marshfield; and a sister-in-law: Mary Femal of Appleton. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jiggs, a son Kevin, and infant daughter Mary and by siblings Beverly (Sonny) Kneepkens, Joan (Tom) Heiss, Jane McGoey, and Michael McGoey.
    A memorial mass for Mary will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna, with Fr. Tom Pomeroy officiating. Inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church on Thursday from 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
    The family would like to extend their gratitude to the many caregivers who treated Mary so well, especially Dr. Amy Servais and Dr. Alex Tretinyak, as well as her dear friends Jeanette Bishop and Pete Kessler. Mary was also blessed to have some pretty awesome grandkids. They made sure to visit her often and make sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable. Thanks also to them, for loving their grandma so very much.

A memorial service for Jane will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the Fargo Funeral Home in Kaukauna.     Of Tampa, Florida passed away on October 29, 2011. Mike was born and attended schools in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in 1962. He was commissioned in the U. S. Air Force in 1963, serving tours in Turkey, North Dakota, Vietnam, Hawaii, the Pentagon, and Korea. Mike retired from the US Central Command, Mac Dill AFB, Tampa, Florida in 1998. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Louise Kohler McGoey; sisters, Joan Heiss and Jane McGoey; brothers-in law, Sonny Kneepkens, Tom Heiss and Ken McGrath. He is survived by sisters, Mrs. Sylvester (Beverly) Kneepkens, Mrs. Ken (Norma) McGrath; sister and brother-in-law, Mary (James) Kamps; and brother, Gary, as well as nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. Mike was an Honorary Knights of Columbus, member of Tampa's St Patrick's Catholic Church, Tampa Elks Lodge 708, Tampa Moose Lodge 912, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the National Rifle Association. A memorial Mass will be celebrated from St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope, Alabama on Friday, November 4, 2011, at 3 p.m. Mike will be laid to final resting at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Virginia. A memorial Mass will be celebrated from Holy Cross Catholic Church in his birth home of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 10 a.m. with receiving friends beginning at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Catholic Charities, 924 G St., NW, Washington D.C. 20001. Kevin was a 1975 Kaukauna High School graduate and graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in History. He was employed by the State of Wisconsin as a Supervisor of Meat and Food Safety. Kevin enjoyed baseball, football, golf, and NASCAR racing.
    He is survived by his parents: James and Mary Kamps, Appleton; his son, Tyler and daughter, Audrey, both at home; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Kara (Bernie) Hietpas, and their family, Christopher, Alexandria and Benjamin, Kaukauna, and Katie (Travis) Kroner, and their family, Kip and Kamryn, Combined Locks. He is further survived by his children's mother, Amy Basten, Appleton.
    He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Mary.
    Kevin's Funeral Services will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2007, at Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna, with Fr. Jim Lucas officiating.
