    John B. Stein, Jr. 533 E. Coolidge Ave. Age 51, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. He was born June 16, 1919 in the town of Van Den Broek. Mr. Stein had owned and operated the Stein Service Station. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the American Legion. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Frances Leisch Stein; his mother, Mrs. John Stein, Sr. of Appleton; two brothers, Frank H., Appleton; James R., Kaukauna; five sisters, Mrs. Frances Vander Linden, Green Bay; Mrs. Gordon (Marie) Simon, Appleton; Mrs. Floyd (Bernice) Weisnicht, Green Bay; Mrs. Robert (Jane) Bauman, Appleton; Mrs. Carl (Margaret) Van Vreede, Iron Mountain, Michigan.
    He was preceded in death by his father in 1968.
