Biography:
William Gneiser was the son of Martin and Augusta (Frederick) Gneiser, both of Germany. Thus, William was a first-generation American of German heritage.
William was the brother of: Herman, Fred, Robert Emil, Arthur, and Pearl.
William married Augusta Ristau, also a first-generation American in Feb 1897 in Ripon, WI.
William and Augusta had three children: Gordon, Dorothy (Gneiser) Wagner, and Roger.
