Funeral services were held Oct. 16 at St Agnes Catholic church for Mrs. Steve Casper, Sr., of Enumclaw, a resident of Benge from 1916 to 1948. Burial was at Ritzville Memorial cemetery.
Anna Johann Becks was born April 12, 1894 in Askeaton, Wisconsin. She was married to Steve Caper of Sherwood Wisconsin on Nov. 17. 1915 and after living at Benge, moved to Enumclaw in 1948.
Survivors are her husband, Steve Casper, Sr., of Enumclaw; a son Steve Casper, Jr. and his wife Eva, of Enumclaw; a daughter, Anna Marie Lucas of Ritzville and two grandchildren. Also surviving were three sisters, Mr. Gertie De Grott of Kaukauna, Wis., Mrs. Elizabeth Tiesling and Mrs. Nellie Appleman, both of De Pere, Wis., and Willia and Peter Becks both of Green Bay Wis.
