    Margaret E. Kerkhoff, 94, De Pere, joined her late husband, Adrian, Saturday night, Sept. 8, 2007, at Woodside Manor.
    The daughter of the late John and Susan (Morris) Moran was born Aug. 27, 1913, in De Pere.
    Margaret married Adrian Kerkhoff on June 20, 1933, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, De Pere, and he preceded her death Nov. 22, 1998.
    Margaret worked at the Swan Club/Legends until the age of 92. She was always ready to go out with family and friends, even in a minutes notice. She still lived independently to the age of 94. Margaret loved going to church in the morning and then out for breakfast. She was a member of St Francis Xavier Church, De Pere, the Altar Society, Catholic Knights 189 of Greenleaf. Margaret always said it was the love and help from her family and friends that kept her going.
    Margaret will be sadly missed by her family, Irene (Harold) Ebben, Pound; Leo (Anita) Kerkhoff, Ervin (Mary Jo) Kerkhoff, all De Pere; Jo Ann (Roger) Leick, Wausaukee. Daughter-in-law, Barb Kerkhoff, De Pere; 23 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Marcella Barth, Reedsville; Jack (Cece) Moran, Rudolph; Katherine Roffers, Oneida; Jim (Pat) Moran, De Pere and Bob (Jan) Moran, New Franken; three sisters-in-law, Vera Feldkamp, Kaukauna; Dorothy Kerkhoff, Freedom and Mary Alice Kerkhoff, Appleton; numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive Margaret.
    She was preceded in death by two sons and daughters-in-law, Louie and Darlene Kerkhoff and Merlin and Ruth Kerkhoff; two grandsons, Ken Kerkhoff and Kelly Kerkhoff; great-granddaughter, Sarah Krieger; her brother, Clarence (Clara) Moran.
    Family and friends may call Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, where there will be a Catholic Knights Rosary service at 5:30 p.m., and a parish prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 S. Michigan St., De Pere, from 10 a.m. until time of mass. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Entombment in Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
    Margaret's family would like to thank the staff at Woodside Manor and neighbors Don and Mary Jane Van Remortel, and Sue Kuester for all of their help and concern.

    Obituary:
    Marcella Agnes Barth, age 96, of Brillion, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 surrounded by her family, at Garrow Villa in Brillion.
    Marcella was born on January 12, 1919 in the town of Glenmore, daughter of the late John and Susan (Morris) Moran. On July 1, 1942, she married Edward J. Barth at St. Francis Catholic Church in De Pere. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1975. Marcella farmed with her husband until his death. Following his death, she moved to Brillion and worked at the Canning Factory and cleaned at First Northern Bank and the Library. Marcella also helped her grandchildren with their paper routes, played bridge, and especially loved to spend time with her family. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, De Pere in her early years, and later of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Holy Family Catholic Church.
    Marcella is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Joe and Sandi Barth of Reedsville; grandchildren: Stacey Barth of Reedsville, Stefanie (Scott) Smeltser and children: Joseph and Jonathan of Blakesburg, IA, and Christopher (Amanda) Barth and children: Gabrielle, Bryce, Bryant, and Lucas of New Holstein; two brothers and two sisters-in-law: James (Patricia) Moran of De Pere and Robert (Janet) Moran of New Franken; one sister-in-law: Cecelia Moran of Rudolph; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward; two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Margaret (Adrian) Kerkhoff and Katherine (Marvin) Roffers; and two brothers and five sisters-in-law: Jack (Esther) Moran, Clarence (Clara) Moran, Margaret (Gordan) Stern, Celia (Edward) Rank, and Bernice Flament; and other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
    A Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Officiating will be the Rev. Timothy Brandt.
    Friends may call at the church on Thursday evening (TONIGHT) from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A prayer service will conclude the evening visitation. Gathering will continue on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

    The family would like to thank the staff at Garrow Villa and the staff at Unity Hospice for the loving and compassionate care they had given to Marcella.

    Obituary:
    James Moran, 82, De Pere, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2016 with his family gathered by his side. He was born on July 26, 1933 to the late John and Susan Moran. He graduated from De Pere High School in 1951. On July 9, 1952 he married the love of his life, Patricia Berken at St. Boniface in West De Pere. Patricia preceded him in death on June 8, 2015. Jim and Pat were blessed with 5 wonderful children. Jim was a long time member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in De Pere.
    Jim retired from Morning Glory after 42 years and never missed a day of work. He liked hunting, fishing, especially his Canadian fishing trips, and camping at Spectacle Lake. He also loved to travel. He was very proud of his Irish heritage. He enjoyed his trip to Ireland. He was an avid sports fan. He also was a wonderful handyman and carpenter.
    Jim is survived by his children: Nancy (Jim) Goetz, Orofino, ID; Mark (Jennie) Moran, The Woodlands, TX; Mary (Curt) Moore, Green Bay; Lori (Hernan) Pavia, De Pere; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, brother Bob (Jan) Moran, New Franken; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his son, Tim Moran; two brothers, Jack and Clarence Moran; three sisters, Margaret Kerkhoff, Marcella Barth, Katherine Roffers.
    Family and friends may visit at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 S. Michigan St., De Pere, on Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 9:00am until 10:45am. The Mass of Christian Burial for Jim will be celebrated at 11:00am with Rev. Richard Getchel officiating. Interment in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established for the COPD Foundation.
    The family would like to thank the staff at Rennes Health Care, for their wonderful care and concern.
